Can I trust your cleaning team?
If we would not trust someone to clean our own home, we will not send them to clean yours. We only send uniformed, trustworthy and dependable employees to your door.
Is Absolut Cleaning Company licensed?
We are bonded, insured and carry workers’ compensation insurance.
Are your employees bonded and insured?
How do you determine your rates?
Do you offer cleaning specials, discounts or coupons?

Will you send the same team each time?
Yes, on a scheduled basis (weekly or bi-weekly) you will have a set crew perform the cleaning. This will give you the chance to become comfortable and acquainted with your team.
Do I need to be at home when you clean?
No. In fact, many clients prefer to give us a key so we can clean while they are away. All customer keys are given a code designation and secured when not in use. If you wish to hide a key on your premises, call the office with the location so we can notify the team prior to their arrival.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. We offer flexible one-time services, periodic cleanings and/or regular, ongoing maintenance services. The choice is yours!
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We strive to maintain long-term relationships, but we understand there may be certain circumstances where that is not possible. In that case, a customer may elect to cancel their contract with 30 days written notice for any cause and without penalty.
